This past winter I brought my 2025 Lund Pro V to Brainerd Sports Rec to have a Troll Master put in and a new live well pump put in. I told them they had all winter to fix it. They called me within a month and the boat was finished. The price was within budget. I recently tried everything and it worked with no issues. The Service team has been amazing to work with from our first experience adding sea legs to our pontoon, to delivering our pontoon to the lake and today to getting the boat off the trailer ( had to take it to a lake and put on another trailer) for winterizing and storing. I am a newbie to anything boats. Jim got me into my very first boat, a 21ft pontoon. It is perfect for for me and my family. We have spent many hours enjoying the lake on this boat. It was delivered as planned and picked up in the fall for winter storage. Denny spent time teaching me the basics of managing the pontoon on the water.

Brainerd Sports offers top notch service. They readily respond to questions and even provide their phone number on the can coozies that come with the pontoon! All in all, they are an excellent company.

This is my first experience purchasing anything and/or working with Brainerd Sports Outlet. I purchased a boat in the fall of 2016. Brainerd Sports Outlet and Mr. Brain Halverson provided the most 'non-pressure oriented,' professional and flexible buying experience that I have ever encountered. I had purchased five boats prior to this one and 7 vehicles-none of those purchases compare (even remotely), to my experience at Brainerd Sports Outlet. I stopped by several times to approve rigging and to have questions answered, often with my small children who were always treated kindly. I felt like I was the only customer and was amazed by the proficient knowledge on very specific, idiosyncratic elements of the boat, motor and trailer. I looked at various pontoons and talked with numerous dealers. I told Jim what my needs were and what I was looking for. He took the time to show me my options and what he thought would work best for my families needs. We were concerned about docking, use of a lift, and pontoon banging on the dock. Our Grandkids love to fish off the dock and the pontoon would always be in the way and we were concerned about someone falling between the dock and pontoon. It has happened to us in the past. Jim suggested the Sea Legs and we went ahead with the purchase. It was the best thing we did. They work great for our application. We use the pontoon as a extra deck as the Sea Legs provide the stability. Everything Jim told us was true.
